Returns and Refunds Policy Notice

We aim to ensure that all products are delivered in full working order and to your satisfaction. If for any reason the product you receive is faulty, or you wish to return an unused item, we have outlined our return and refund policy below.

1. Immediate Returns on Delivery

When receiving your item, please inspect it upon delivery:

  • Operational Check: You are encouraged to test the item while the delivery driver is present. Ensure the product is in full working order before signing the delivery pad.

  • Faulty Items: If the product is not in full working order upon delivery, you may return it immediately through the same courier. The driver will return the item to our store at no cost to you. A full refund or a replacement (subject to stock availability) will be processed within 5 working days.

2. Standard Returns for Faulty Goods

If the product becomes faulty after delivery or if you discover a fault that wasn’t apparent during initial inspection:

  • You may return the product within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or replacement.

  • A return label will be included with your order for easy return. If the label is missing or lost, please send a message 

  • We will cover the shipping costs for faulty items.

  • Refund Process: Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days via the original payment method.

  • Replacements: Replacements will be dispatched within 5 working days of receiving the faulty product, subject to stock availability.
